The DENZIN team’s comprehensive approach to community redevelopment is rooted in environmental law. Our attorneys have worked with clients to remediate hundreds of acres of contaminated commercial and industrial real estate (i.e. brownfields), including federal CERCLA remediation projects.
To manage stormwater and preserve wetlands, our attorneys have prepared low impact development strategies, stormwater utility ordinances and green infrastructure projects.
When necessary, our attorneys have utilized citizen suit and permitting authority under the Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and other state and federal laws to revitalize land and protect vital waterways.
